"Brink Rescue" - An Erie County Sheriffs helicopter crew drops a life ring rescuing a man at the brink of the Horse Shoe Falls. The suicidal man was distraught after loosing money at the Seneca Niagara Casino in Niagara Falls, NY, and jumped into the water off Terrapin Point.
